What does the process involve?

If the clients is an individual:

We draw up a list of probable subject experts. Once contact is established and we have chosen the reviewer a soft copy of the manuscript is sent to him. Once the review is complete we do an in house check and then send it to another subject expert. At the end of the 5th week we put together the comments that we feel apply to the manuscript and send two copies of this to the author. We also include potential areas where we feel the manuscript could be improved. All this is achieved in 6 weeks.

If the client is a publishing house:

After receiving the manuscript, we create a synopsis of the same based on the brief received from the client. We then draw up a list of probable subject experts and share it with the client. Once the client approves of the at least three people on the list , we contact them and we send them soft copies of the manuscript with our review report format. Once we receive the review report back we vet the reviews in house. Then a final copy of the review report is shared with the client. This process will be completed in 6 weeks.
